We may use the Personal Information (i) to personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs), (ii) to process transactions and sales and renewals of memberships to generate invoices and to provide other billing and payment services and other services, (iii) to provide to third parties to maintain and/or operate the Website, (iv) to share with our affiliated non-profit 501c(3), Student Governmental Affairs Program (“S-Gap, Inc.”), who may use such information in the furtherance of its student civics program, (v) to give to our business partners and third-party vendors that provide member services selected by you, (vi) to fulfill your requests and member orders, (vii) to provide you with information on membership newsletters, promotions and other services we provide via email or otherwise, (viii) to enforce the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, (ix) if you are a Representative with the Company, to enforce the terms of your Representative Agreement and in connection with our business relationship, (x) to protect your personal safety and the personal safety of our users and the public in general (whether in emergency situations or otherwise), (xi) to comply with the law or governmental or regulatory requirements, enforce our Website’s policies or protect the rights, property or safety of the Company and others, and (xii) as otherwise permitted by law. As set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will only share Personal Information to third parties as is necessary to operate our business. We will not share or sell your Personal Information to third parties except as set forth in this section and as necessary to service your membership or in accordance with the Business Transactions section of this Privacy Policy.

We will deliver a response to you within 45 days of receiving the verifiable Consumer Request. You may appoint an authorized agent to submit Consumer Requests on your behalf. Should your authorized agent fail to submit proof that he or she have been authorized to act on your behalf, we will deny the Consumer Request.
