National Write Your Congressman Announces Followship Award Recipient Joe Huber

Dallas – September 12,
2023 – National Write Your Congressman (NWYC), an organization that gives small
businesses a voice in American government, is proud to announce Joe Huber as the 2023 Rodney Mayes Followship Award recipient.
The Rodney Mayes Followship Award was
established 22 years ago and is given annually to an NWYC manager who
exemplifies leadership and respect among their peers and community. It is
awarded annually to the team member who advances the principles of NWYC and
helps lead his or her community to actively participate in government.
“There are few people that the Lord puts in your
life that can impact you in so many ways. Joe Huber is one those people to me.
He is a master of his craft and has consistently improved year after year. From
a sales representative to Division Manager, Joe has proven himself with
excellence,” said Chris Adamson, CEO of NWYC.
Huber is a Division Manager in the Southwest
Region and has been with NWYC since 1999. Prior to NWYC, Huber was in the
newspaper distribution business. He oversaw the delivery of publications such
as the Dallas Morning News, Dallas Times Herald, McKinney
Courier-Gazette, PennySaver and Allen American. He listened
to a lot of talk radio shows during his time delivering newspapers, with many
focused on “writing your congressman” and being involved in the political
process. This is what led him to NWYC and his passion for helping other small
business owners use their voice.
